The Solomon EOS Lean Six Sigma for Higher Education course artfully blends the tools of Lean with the rigorous “define, measure, analyze, improve, control” or (DMAIC) methodology and statistical tool set. Lean Six Sigma for Higher Education features white, yellow and green belt instruction for college students that is arranged for the academic schedule and adapted for students in a variety of disciplines: Business, Education, Engineering/Engineering Technology, Finance, Health Care, Hospitality, Law Enforcement, Public Service, and the Service Industry.

Solomon EOS developed an Electronic Blended Learning System (EBLS) for Lean Six Sigma (LSS) to provide an efficient, effective, and affordable process for LSS training and certification. These programs meet national and international standards. The Solomon EOS (EBLS) for Lean Six Sigma is comprised of three core building blocks: Lean Six Sigma Content (BOK) modules, Professional Intervention and Electronic Interaction and Support. Students have certified at an eighty-one percent rate using the EBLS approach.

The LSS white belt, yellow belt and green belt courses exceed the Carnegie Commission Standards for receiving academic credit by providing 1800 minutes of e-module instruction and 600 minutes ofvirtual class instruction per course. As an institution you evaluate each course and determine if it meets your standards to receive academic credit or continuing education units (CEUs). Each course includes e-learning modules, knowledge assessments, downloadable student guides, capstone project, templates, and forms.
