For Lean Six Sigma training, Solomon EOS has worked with our partners to develop a blended e- learning approach for industry. By combining well-designed, online training modules with instruction from an experienced trainer, we have successfully certified many employees in Lean Six Sigma while minimizing disruption in the organization. As a result, employees have gone on to implement significant operational improvements in their companies.

LSS/PI Blended Learning Course

 

Each course begins with a ninety minute kick-off class so students are oriented to the e-Modules and understand expectations. Students are assigned their first set of e- Modules, to be completed prior to the first of their live classes for the course. During these live classes, the instructor will reiterate key learning points, answer questions, facilitate specific tools exercises and assign the set of e-Modules to be completed prior to the next Session. At the end of the course, to acquire a LSS Yellow, Green or Black Belt Certificate of Completion, the student is expected to:


• Achieve a passing score of 80% on all e-Module post- tests
• Achieve a passing score of 80% on a Final knowledge assessment
• Actively participate in online/virtual classes


Additionally, to achieve Green Belt certification the candidate must complete an approved project and provide an executive report. Black Belts have the same requirements but must complete two projects to achieve certification. Estimated time commitments are as follows:


• Yellow Belt – 40 hours
• Green Belt – 40 hours plus Yellow Belt Completion
• Black Belt – 80 hours plus Green Belt completion
 

NOTE: This includes e-learning modules, quizzes, classroom, project work, homework and exams.
 

All courses will be led by one of our highly experienced instructors who hold the designation of LSS Black Belt. Additionally, our instructors have distinguished themselves as outstanding teachers that engage their classes and readily share their real life experiences. They will guide your participants in gaining an understanding of how LSS principles and tools can be applied in their real world environments.
