Why is blended learning better?
It’s the best of both worlds! Online modules allow participants to work through material on their own schedule and at their own pace –even returning for review up to six months after the course is finished! But they also receive the advantage of in-person instruction during courses that can be shorter, while still providing the individual training needed for success! That means your company or institution gets the training and skills you need without unnecessary strain on production and schedules advantage of the true Lean Six Sigma training and may leave with a valuable national certification. What else is required for certification? In addition to completing all coursework satisfactorily, candidates for the Yellow Belt and Green Belt must complete an approved project and provide an executive report to receive certification. Candidates for Black Belt must complete two projects. While the actual time required to complete projects varies by candidate, the estimated commitment is 40 hours for the Yellow Belt project, 48 hours for the Green Belt project (plus completion of the Yellow Belt), and 80 hours for the Black Belt projects (plus completion of the Green Belt).
