Allen Hall

Allen has 30 years of experience in industrial operations, continuous improvement, training and consulting in industries ranging from steel fabrication and industrial equipment to aerospace and medical device manufacturing. Allen received his Black Belt certification from a Fortune 200 company and has worked in a number of leadership positions in industry prior to joining Solomon. In his career, he has led dozens of projects and trained thousands of employees in the principles and application of Six Sigma and Lean manufacturing. Allen is and Air Force veteran and holds an MBA from Oklahoma City University.
