TOM KERR, Ph.D.

Tom has been employed in higher education for more than 40 years and is president of Innovative Consultants, a firm specializing in project development and educational consulting. Before moving into his current position, he was president and CEO of Campus Group International Education Services Inc. and served as associate vice president of university partnerships at Fairleigh Dickinson University. In his distinguished career, Tom also held various positions at Drexel University, Rowan University, Boston University and Northeastern University, and gained national recognition for his expertise in curriculum development, developing strategic partnerships, creating entrepreneurship opportunities, and other essential issues in higher education. He holds the B.S. and M.S. in industrial engineering from Northeastern University and the Ph.D. in higher education from Boston College.
