Randy has extensive business and consulting experience, with over 20 years in VP and C-level roles. He has successfully led organizations ranging in size from a small, privately held manufacturing business with 60 employees to a $1.6 B international enterprise. Randy’s expertise is in strategy deployment, transformational change, and leadership development. Randy is a Certified Lean Six Sigma BB; and holds a BS in Engineering from Iowa State University, and an MBA from Syracuse University.
